Parmesan & Chilli Flake Kiki Seed Crackers

Love a cheese cracker? These are amazing (my husband's favourite so far) and of course so easy to make! 


One packet of Sea Salt Kiki Seed Cracker Mix
1/4 cup oil
1 cup boiling water 
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 - 1 tsp Chilli Flakes (you choose the spice level)
Extra sea salt 


  • Empty contents of Kiki Sea Salt Mix into a bowl, add oil and water and mix. 
  • Add parmesan cheese and chilli flakes and mix again to combine 
  • Divide the mixture into 2 portions. Place each half on 2 oven trays lined with baking paper.
  • While the mixture is still hot, place another piece of baking paper on top and press the mixture out with your hands as thinly and evenly as possible (or use a rolling pin). Keep smoothing, pressing and spreading until it covers the entire tray. This step is important to ensure crunchy crackers
  • Peel off the top layer of paper and sprinkle with extra sea salt.
  • Bake for 35 -45 minutes depending on your oven until golden and crunchy

Enjoy as a snack or in your lunch box, or on a platter with your favourite cheese. 

Store in an airtight container.  Can freeze for up to 3 months.
