This delicious dip is so simple but so yummy.
Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk recommended)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh herbs to garnish eg chopped thyme, mint, basil, parsley
Lemon zest (from about ½ lemon)
Black pepper (to taste)
Method
Whip ricotta: Add ricotta, olive oil, and salt to a food processor or blend with a hand blender until smooth and fluffy
Garnish: Spoon the whipped ricotta into a bowl. Drizzle with honey, and top with fresh herbs, lemon zest and pepper. Serve with Kiki Seed Crackers!
