How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How long does delivery take within New Zealand?
We use an overnight courier service, orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days.
Do you ship to Australia?
Australian shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Where can I buy Kiki Seed Crackers?
You can buy Kiki Seed Crackers online through our website, at selected stockists and at markets. Visit our Stockists page for an up to date list. Need to make markets/events page.
Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, local pickup is available between 10am - 2pm from 127 Newton Road, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Select Pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
What should I do if my payment isn’t working?

What ingredients are included?
Our mixes contain all natural ingredients with no additives, preservatives or nasties, you can find the ingredient list on each individual product page below the add to cart button.
How should I store Kiki Seed Crackers?
Store the dry seed cracker mix in a cool, dry place. Once baked, crackers will stay fresh for up to 10 days in an airtight container or can be frozen for longer storage - you can eat them straight away once they come out of the freezer!
What is the shelf life of the Kiki Seed Cracker mix?
The dry mix has a 12 month best before date. It is still safe to use for up to 3 months after this date if stored correctly.
Are Kiki Seed Crackers gluten free?
Yes, Kiki Seed mixes are certified gluten free and are suitable for celiac and gluten free diets.
Are your seed crackers nut free?
Our cracker mixes do not contain any nut products, however we do not regularly test each ingredient for nut traces, so we recommend caution for those with severe nut allergies.
Are Kiki Seed Crackers dairy free?
Yes, our mixes do not contain dairy ingredients. As with nuts, we cannot guarantee against trace allergens.
Are Kiki Seed Crackers vegan?
Yes, all Kiki Seed Cracker mixes are 100% plant-based and vegan friendly.

Baking Tips & Troubleshooting
What paper should I use when baking seed crackers?
Be sure to use baking paper, not greaseproof paper, while they look the same they are very different. Greaseproof paper is wax covered and can melt at high temperatures and the cracker mix will stick to it.
How do I shape my seed crackers?
For square crackers, score the cracker mix with a sharp knife before removing the baking paper. For rustic crackers, bake the sheet whole and break it into pieces once cooled.
Can I make Kiki Seed Crackers without oil?
Yes, you can replace the oil with extra water if preferred. This will slightly change the texture but still produce crisp crackers.
Why are my crackers sticking or not crispy?
They may need a few extra minutes in the oven, oven temperatures vary so bake until golden and fully crisp, then allow to cool completely. They will be lifting off the tray and bouncy when ready.
What tray size should I use?
Each packet makes enough for two standard 600mm oven trays.
Can I add extra flavours or toppings?
Absolutely. Seeds, herbs, spices, or flaky sea salt make great additions before baking.
