Ingredients
Fruit Filling
- 4 cups seasonal fruit, chopped
- ¼ cup white sugar or maple syrup
Kiki Crumble Topping
- 1 cup Kiki Seed Cracker Mix - Sea Salt or Fennel would work best!
- 1 cup thread coconut
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger or cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds (optional)
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or golden syrup
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake.
Place the chopped fruit into a medium baking dish. Sprinkle with white sugar or drizzle with maple syrup.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Kiki Sea Salt Seed Cracker Mix, coconut, brown sugar, and ginger or cinnamon.
Add the melted butter and maple syrup and stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the fruit is soft and bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving with cream, vanilla ice cream, custard, or coconut yoghurt.
