Kiki Christmas Crack

Sea Salt Kikis topped with pistachios, raspberries and coconut - this festive, healthy Christmas treat is so easy to make and guaranteed to be a welcome gift or family favourite. 

INGREDIENTS:

One batch of Sea Salt Kiki seed crackers
2/3 block of Whittakers dark chocolate
Flaky sea salt
1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut

METHOD:

Cook Kiki Sea Salt crackers according to pack instructions.

Chop pistachio nuts and melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth. 
Drizzle melted chocolate all over the crackers. 
Scatter over flaky sea salt, chopped pistachios, shredded coconut and crumbled freeze dried raspberries. 
Pop in the fridge until the chocolate has set then break into pieces.
