Ingredients

  • 1 batch of Sea Salt Kiki seed crackers
  • 2/3 block Whittaker’s dark chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Method

  1. Cook your Kiki Sea Salt crackers according to pack instructions and let them cool on a tray.
  2. Chop the pistachio nuts and melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the crackers.
  4. Sprinkle over flaky sea salt, chopped pistachios, shredded coconut, and crumbled freeze-dried raspberries.
  5. Pop the tray in the fridge until the chocolate has set, then break into pieces.
